How long does my order take to ship?

Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days of receiving cleared payment. All orders are shipped USPS first class and receive tracking.

HBH is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are picked up by USPS. If you would like to purchase insurance for your order, please contact us before ordering.

What is your return policy?

Returns are not accepted and exchanges will be handled on a case to case basis.

About my earrings: 

Please know before purchasing, all of my earrings are handmade from scratch. Due to this, there may be slight imperfections and no two pieces are exactly the same.
